Hi there — I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m Nicole Williams - ASHA-certified, Texas-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, proud mama of two, and founder of Chatterpillars. In the therapy room, though, the little ones I work with simply call me “Miss Nikki.”

I earned both my Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Indiana University. Go Hoosiers! I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings - from special education cooperatives and elementary schools to early childhood programs and private practice - each one shaping my perspective and deepening my understanding of children’s unique needs.

Chatterpillars is a blend of my professional experience as a speech-language pathologist and the insight only parenthood can provide. That mix allows me to bring a supportive, collaborative, and balanced approach to speech, communication, and child development.

My goal is simple: to make therapy effective, meaningful, and engaging. I love building relationships with families and collaborating with teachers so children feel seen, heard, and celebrated every step of the way.

Small practice,
real connection

Chatterpillars is a small, local practice by design. That lets us stay focused, responsive, and connected - to your child, your family, and the community we serve.

If you’re looking for speech therapy that’s engaging, collaborative, and centered on your child (with a little fun along the way), we’d love to hear from you.
